At Google, we want you to be fully satisfied with your home technology and devices. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit your order history in the Google Store and select the item you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the device in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and the printed return slip.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
